Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept exchange for wholesale orders. All returns for wholesale orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please notify us your return within 21 days of receipt your order. You will need to contact returns@fantasticdecor.net to get an authorized return number, return address and instructions. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number.

All returned items must be in original condition with original manufacture tags and original packing material. Any used merchandize will be refused when returned.

If you return item(s) or order, we'll refund your merchandise purchase price plus minus 15% restocking fee. We can't refund outbound shipping and handling charges or return postage. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Some products include free shipping, so if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

If an item is damaged in route to you, please note on the BOL and contact returns@fantasticdecor.net. we will process the claim accordingly.
